Refund policy

We offer exchanges only within 3 days of product delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, returns for money back, or cash reimbursements under any circumstances. Only product exchanges are accepted as per our exchange policy.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a exchange, you can contact us at info.taghaa@gmail.com. Please note that exchange will need to be sent to the following address: E-6(B-1), RIICO Malviya Industrial Area, Malviya Nagar,  Jaipur, RAJ (302017).

For all items only Exchange is available , as the all items are made to order units. No refund available in case of any product ordered.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info.taghaa@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM- 6 PM.

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

 

Refunds/Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your sent product, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, your exchange will be processed automatically. Please remember there is no refund in any case whatsoever.
